Gameplay:
You have three people to choose from. Everyone has changing characteristics, and you must decide which one receives the antidote and gets to live. In return, you receive their coins. Those who were not chosen will die.

Controls:
Hover your mouse over the target person and click the left mouse button to select them.
Purchase more antidote for 3 coins.
If you run out of coins, you can restart using the button in the top left corner.
